Hello everyone, this is the 47th part of The Hindu Vocabs. Here in this part I didn't provide Synonyms and Antonyms. I left this work for you. Just google the word and read synonyms and antonyms. The motto of this post is to help you in learning the meaning by the help of Mnemonics.

1) KNAVISH (कपटपूर्ण/ बेइमान)
Key word: Vish (विष)
Mnemonic: मेरे बेइमान दोस्त ने मुझे विष पिला कर मारने की कोशिश की।

2) WHIMSICAL (अद्भुत/ अस्थिर)
Key word: Musical Wind chime
Mnemonic: मेरे पास चम्मच और काँटो वाली अद्भुत Musical wind chime है।

3) ADROITNESS (निपुणता/ प्रवीणता)
Key word: Riots mai Ads(advertisement)
Mnemonic: News capture करने वाले अपने कार्य में निपुण होते है, वह riots(दंगो) में भी सारे दंगो की न्यूज़ कवर कर लेते है।

4) GAUCHNNESS (अभद्र व्यवहार)
Key word: Couch
Mnemonic: जो लोग किसी के बैठने से पहले Couch पीछे से हटा देते है वो Gauchness करते है।

5) CONSENT (सहमत होना/ स्वीकृति देना)
Key word: Con (कौन) Sent
Mnemonic: माँ ने पूछा यह पत्र कौन sent करेगा? मैंने कहा मैं, तब माँ ने मुझे स्वीकृति प्रदान की।

6) PETTY (कम दर्जे का/ तुच्छ/ मामूली/ अल्प)
Key word: Pretty
Mnemonic: अगर Pretty word से R हटा दिया जाये तो यह Petty word अल्प/ तुच्छ (trivial) हो जायेगा।

7) AVARICE (लालच)
Key word: Vary (अलग-अलग) Rice
Mnemonic: A greedy King said to the farmers, " I want vary (different type of rice) rice. "

8) SOMBRE (उदास)
Key word: SOM(सोम-रस)
Mnemonic:उदास लोग सोम रस पीकर उदासी भूल जाते हैं।

9) TRIVIAL (छोटा/ तुच्छ)
Key word: Trial
Mnemonic: रवि ने पुरानी Bike लेने से पहले एक बार उसका छोटा सा trial लिया।

1) ENDORSE (verb) (समर्थन/ पुष्टि करना)
Meaning: declare one’s public approval or support of.
Key word: EN+DORSE - en+doors
Mnemonics: Finally EN DOORS ko band krne ka Approval mil gaya./ Finally we get Approval to close these DOORS.
Synonyms: Confirm, Support, Ratify, Authenticate
Antonyms: Deny, Refuse, Reject

2) REVAMP (verb/ noun) (सुधार)
Meaning: give new and improved form
Key word: RE + VAMP(upper front part of shoe)
Mnemonics: Cobbler change the Vamp of shoe and gave a New Look to the Old Shoe.
Synonyms: Refresh, Revive, Renew, Remake
Antonyms: Break, Change, Destroy

Meaning: not harmful or offensive.

1) ALLAY (आलय) (verb) (शांत करना / कम करना)
Meaning: diminish or put at rest (fear, suspicion or worry).
Key word: Allay baby Shaant ho jao.
Mnemonics: Allay Allay kya hua mere baby ko, shaant ho jao.
Synonyms: Calm, Sooth, Quiet, Reduce, Diminish
Antonyms: Increase, Intensify, Aggravate



2) PURPORT (परपोर्ट) (noun) (सामान्य आशय / अर्थ)
